All interactions involving minors are supervised by coordinators.

• Immediate intervention in case of rule violations.

• Sessions are recorded ONLY with:

• ✅ Written parental consent and sent exclusively to the student's French teacher

2. Strict Content Rules

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Any inappropriate content

3. Data Protection

• Use of end-to-end encryption (AES-256 standard)

• No conversation recording, unless requested in advance

4. Emergency Protocol

1. Immediate session termination in case of danger

2. Parent notification within 1 hour

3. Full investigation report within 72 hours
